Cost of living is cheaper. I dislike low tipping customers or non tippers but I also dislike dashers telling customers $8 tip on top of base pay (which increases with more mileage, it is not $2.50 solid) isn't enough for an 8 mile drive. $11-12 is crazy decent for country delivery.
