This is significant as the red vinyl Barnett edition used a unique Abbey Road 1:1 copy of the Sgt. Pepper master tape. That particular tape had been specially requested by EMI Australia executives a few years prior, for the creation of the rare Audio-5 Sgt. Pepper LP, which was mastered by Don Bartley.
The pressing quality, as always with these “Supercuts”, is perfection, while the quality of the artwork is on par any of the U.K. 70’s pressings of the album (this version replicates the “Parlophone/EMI 2 Box” labels, but no “Fools” inner included I’m afraid).
