1 Answer. Replace the heater resistor block. On my 2002 Voyger it was easy and part was apx. 17.00. drop the door of the glove box. Let hang and behind the box is the unit. Remove 2 ea, 8mm screws and unplug a 6 pin plug and a 2 pin plug. Replace unit install two screws and replug in connectors.

When on heat, it only blows air with about 1/4th of the power then it does on Cold. Here is what I have checked/done so far: Changed the Heater Control Valve; Changed Thermostat; Flushed Heater Core; The Heater core is not leaking; The Heater Hoses both are Very Hot. 1 of them a bit less than the other.
